National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), a leading International Engineering Consultancy Company requires the services of the following categories (on contract basis):
WATER RESOURCES DIVISION:
1. GIS EXPERT
M.Sc. GIS with minimum CGPA of 3.5 having 3 to 6 years of experience preferably in developing web based GIS enabled MIS applications on ESRI platform using flex technology. Knowledge of ArcGIS server (.NET & java based framework) with flex viewer & JavaScript client application is required. Experience of customized flex viewer widget development using geo-processing and spatial analysis tools, designing schema of spatial database using MS SQL server, deploying MIS/GIS application in windows server environment using simple & cluster techniques, developing self-operative data driven web GIS based dashboards to display information for executives will be preferred. In addition, experience of developing customized widgets and dynamic graphical charts on web GIS application using adobe flex technology, designing Graphical User Interface (GUI) using HTML5 and CSS3 will be an added advantage.
2. IT PROFESSIONALS
Masters in Information Technology (M.I.T) degree holders with minimum CGPA of 3.0 having at least 5 years hands-on experience preferably in QA and software testing processes including reviewing documentation, meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects, working with software developers and project support teams, writing and executing manual test scripts, testing in different environments including web and mobile & writing bug reports. In addition, Candidates must be familiar with providing objective feedback to software development project teams, problem solving along with working on multiple tasks/modules/projects at one time.
3. JUNIOR/SENIOR ENGINEERS (AGRICULTURE)
B.Sc. Agriculture Engineering preferably M.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering/Hydrology Engineering/Hydraulic Engineering having 1 to 6 years experience preferably in hydraulics, hydrology, irrigation, sedimentation, groundwater and On Farm Water Management (OFMW).
CONTRACTS DIVISION:
1. JUNIOR/SENIOR ENGINEERS
B.Sc. Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering having 2 to 5 years experience in contracts. Proficiency in use of MS-Office & strong communication skills will be required.
GEOTECHNICAL & GEO-ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION:
1. GEO-PHYSICIST
M.Sc. (Applied Geology) with Specialization in Geo-Physics /M.Sc. (Geo Physics) having at least 2 years experience in engineering geo-physical survey for site investigation and groundwater studies.
2. CHEMICAL ENGINEERS
B.Sc. Chemical Engineering having 2 to 5 years of experience relevant to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of Thermal and Hydro Power Plants. The candidate must have hands on experience of Air Dispersion Modeling of three or more Power Plants using USEPA approved ISC-AERMOD software. He/she should also possess experience to prepare Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plants/frameworks of development projects. KARACHI OFFICE:
1. SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ENGINEERS (ELECTRICAL)
B.Sc. Electrical Engineering preferably M.Sc. Electrical Engineering having at least 15 years Experience preferably in design of large projects including HV/MV/LV distribution network, external & internal electrification, airfield lighting & substations.
2. SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ENGINEERS (CONTRACTS)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc. Civil Engineering having at least 15 years experience preferably in contract management, contract preparation/administration, claims/dispute settlements, etc.
3. SENIOR ENGINEERS (GEOTECHNICAL)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc. Civil Engineering having 5 to10 years experience preferably in geotechnical works, with the ability to plan ground investigation, characterizing the ground conditions and subsequent engineering processes. The candidates should identify and assess the potential geo-hazards and prepare recommendation for further engineering by relevant specialties by offering feasible engineering design solutions to ensure safety and satisfactory performance of the project and its surrounding.
4. SENIOR ENGINEERS (PORTS & HARBOR)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc. Civil Engineering having 5 to 10 years experience preferably in design/ construction and coordination for ports and harbor projects.
5. SENIOR ENGINEERS (PLUMBING & INFRASTRUCTURE)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc. Civil Engineering having 5 to 10 years experience preferably in design of plumbing & infrastructure works i.e. water supply, sewerage, firefighting (sprinklers, suppression etc.) storm drainage, irrigation system, etc in building and infrastructure projects.
6. SENIOR ENGINEERS (CONSTRUCTION)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc. Civil Engineering having 3 to 7 years experience preferably in construction for roads, buildings and infrastructure projects.
7. JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CONSTRUCTION)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc. Civil Engineering having 1 to 3 years experience preferably in construction for roads, buildings and infrastructure projects.
8. JUNIOR ENGINEERS (STRUCTURAL)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering having up to 1 year experience preferably in design with minimum CGPA of 3.5.
9. JUNIOR ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL)
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering having up to 2 years experience preferably in design of buildings/infrastructure works.
10. JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CONTRACTS)
B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc. Civil Engineering having 1 to 3 years experience preferably in contract management & contract preparation.
11. 3D Presenter/Graphic Designer
Bachelors in Multimedia having at least 10 years experience preferably in graphical representation / 3D animation of design for building & infrastructure works.
POWER & MECHANICAL DIVISION:
1. RESIDENT ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL)
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering having at least 15 years of overall experience with minimum of 10 years experience preferably in design, rehabilitation, construction supervision and commissioning of large hydraulic steel structures (gate equipment & their housing systems etc) on major rivers. The candidates having M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering & experience as Resident Engineer Mechanical for dams & barrages would be given preference.
2. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEERS MECHANICAL
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering having 7 to 9 years of overall experience with minimum of 4 years experience preferably in design, rehabilitation, construction supervision and commissioning of large hydraulic steel structures (gate equipment & their housing systems etc) on major rivers, dams & barrages.
3. SENIOR ENGINEERS
B.Sc. Electrical/Telecom Engineering having 5 to 7 years experience preferably in design specification & testing in SCADA & Telecom sector dedicated to electrical power utilities. Candidates having M.Sc. degree & PMP certification would be preferred.

Shortlisted Engineers/ Professionals having1 year or less experience will have to go through NTS examination. The last date of submission is September 27, 2016. Only short listed candidates shall be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
